Mary Rupp
Rupp has an extensive list of involvement in various organizations, local, county, and statewide, that relate to her positions with Stillwater and Perry. These organizations aid both local government and communities in working together to address the needs of local youth, assist in strengthening neighborhoods, promoting economic development and service response, and delivery.
Mary is a recipient of the Oklahoma Municipal League’s Don Rider Award, recognizing individuals who have made significant contributions to their community as well as to their profession through personal growth and involvement. She was also awarded the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA)
ICMA recognized Mary’s 40 years of service to local governments.
Mary is the recipient of the 2004 Downtown Stillwater Main Street, Friend of Downtown Award, and Sister Cities International awarded her a certificate of appreciation for outstanding contribution to the sister cities program and for advancing international understanding.
Mary has been involved in various community groups to include Leadership Stillwater Alumni, the Perry Lions Club; 4-H; FFA; and the Morrison Community Club.
