Kevin Del McCullough
In addition to other professional positions, Kevin McCullough assisted the Town of Earlsboro to establish a Police Department, serving as Chief of Police for over 2 years. He is a member of the Oklahoma Association of Chiefs of Police, Association of Public Safety Communication Officials, American Jailer Association, Oklahoma Code Enforcement Association, Association of Law Enforcement Response Trainers International, Oklahoma Association of Public Safety Communications Officers and the International Conference of Police Chaplains.
He has received citations and recognitions from the American Red Cross, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts of America, Oklahoma Association of Health Occupations Students of America, the American Criminal Justice Association, and the Francis Tuttle Vo-Tech Center.
He began his law enforcement career with the Mustang Police Department in 1980. Since that time he's also served the City of Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office, and now the Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group. He has received awards and recognition from the Public Risk Management Association, the Fraternal Order of Police, Oklahoma Highway Safety Office, the US Department of Justice, and the Disabled American Veterans.
